Triunique offers products sold directly by Triunique as well as products offered by independent marketplace merchants.

• Orders for Triunique products may be placed through our website or via WhatsApp.
• Orders for Marketplace Merchant products are placed directly with the respective merchant through WhatsApp.
• Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation is subject to approval by Triunique or the respective merchant, as applicable.

2. Payments

• The online payment gateway is available only for products sold directly by Triunique.
• Products sold by independent marketplace merchants cannot be paid for through the Triunique website.
• For marketplace merchant products, payment arrangements, including payment method and confirmation, are handled directly between the customer and the respective merchant through WhatsApp.
• Triunique is not responsible for payment transactions made directly to marketplace merchants.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices offered by marketplace merchants are determined by the respective merchants.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, shipping location, and the seller. Marketplace merchants are responsible for fulfilling and delivering their own orders unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds for Triunique products are governed by our Return Policy. For marketplace merchant products, returns and refunds are subject to the individual merchant's policies.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and payment information. Incorrect information may result in delays or unsuccessful deliveries.

7. Marketplace Disclaimer

Triunique provides a platform that connects customers with independent merchants. While we strive to maintain a trusted marketplace, Triunique is not the seller of merchant-listed products and is not responsible for the quality, availability, warranties, or fulfillment of those products. Any disputes relating to merchant products should first be addressed with the respective merchant. Triunique may assist in facilitating communication but does not guarantee the outcome of any dispute.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triunique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products from independent marketplace merchants.
