• Product Quality: You are solely responsible for the quality, condition, and authenticity of all products and services listed.
• Accurate Pricing: All prices must be accurate and up-to-date. Misleading or false pricing is strictly prohibited.
• Delivery: You are responsible for timely and safe delivery of products ordered by customers.
• No Illegal Products: Listing of illegal, counterfeit, stolen, restricted, or prohibited items is strictly not allowed.
• No Fake Listings: Creating false, misleading, or fraudulent product listings will result in immediate suspension.
• No Duplicate/Spam: Do not create duplicate or repetitive listings to manipulate visibility.
• Customer Service: You must respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via WhatsApp.
• Content Standards: All images and descriptions must be your own or properly licensed. Obscene or plagiarised content is not allowed.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining your account security. Do not share login credentials.
• Violations: Any breach of these rules may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent ban without prior notice.
• Platform Rights: Triunique reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any account at its sole discretion.
